I Love high life smoke shop! The people are great that work there and you can tell they know what they are talking about when it comes down to the product they sell. Wouldn't go anywhere else for my vaping needs!

They never, never, ever have the tobacco I want! It's just a cigarette shop. I only smoke American Spirit and not the cigarettes. I like to roll my own. First, I have never been to a tobacco store in my life (lived in Kentucky, Ohio, California, Germany, Ireland) that didn't have a full stock of American Spirit tobacco. I've stopped there many times and called, they never have it. Won't go back, hope a competitor opens up nearby.

I am totally clueless about anything in this store bc not my cup of tea but went to buy gifts and pick up some accessories for my bf and the staff not only understood my lack of knowledge they guided me to the best products and made me feel comfortable and knowledgeable about my purchase.

The WORST smokeshop in the area! The employees are rude know next to nothing about what they’re selling. Their eliquid selection is small, they only keep high priced china glass, and their accessories are always out of stock. Didn’t want to go here but it was the only shop that currently had what I was looking for in the area.... picked up the Vape kit and it broke the same day! Went back the next day and got a whole new kit since they didn’t sell the replacement glass or coils or anything. Picked up that kit, it simply just fell on its side and the whole glass shattered again on the way home!!!! Was told there was nothing they could do....
