Awesome vape shop. So many different varieties of juice, pods, devices, disposables . Good prices too. They always surprise me. Twice now I thought I could only get my pods at one certain shop (with two different vapes - original caliburn and the new Koko) this shop comes thru in the clutch and has them and it’s way closer to my house and cheaper than the other shop I go to! Now for certain my go-to shop! Keep stocking them please! Also I’m sure if they didn’t have them I could ask them to stock them and they would. A+++

Edit** Assistant Manager doesn’t work there anymore. The rest of the staff is super nice and are very knowledgeable. I’ve been there about 4-5 times after the incident and each experience had been pleasant. Thanks so much to the manager who is a great friendly person and always makes us feel welcomed. Contrary to the bad experience I previously had, not I look for a reason to visit. I fully recommend it.
The assistant manager was super rude. I have a Puerto Rico driver’s license and she wouldn’t accept it. We showed her the federal law that declares Puerto Rican licenses are valid in the US, she said it was a company policy and didn’t apply. When we asked her to call her manager she said we were being rude and asked us to leave. She ended up calling the manager who told her she was wrong. Keep in mind I was already a member and had bought juices here 2 weeks prior to this incident.

I just possibly experienced the most best customer service of all time. The staff was very friendly and prompt to all my questions about any device or the e-liquid I wanted to purchase. The manager of the store Chris was very friendly and nice and could answer any question I had about any thing in the store. He is very knowledgeable. I always feel like I get the lowest price on the market compared to other stores around Myrtle Beach. The products are very high-quality and affordable. I give this store a five stars because the staff really backs up their merchandise 110% . I always get a good feeling when I buy something from avail vape. I never have to worry about somethings that’s going to fail or taste bad.

The manager Chris is probably one of the best managers I’ve talked to in this vaping industry. Not only does he have great customer service skills but he actually knows everything in his store between the mods, the juice, and everything else Avail Valor has to offer. I went there to get juice and a new tank and he hooked me right up with what to get. I will definitely be seeing him and avail vapor more, and most of all I will send people his way! Keep up the good work and thank you for being a great vape shop!!!!

AVAIL Vapor is the best business of its kind on the Grand Strand. The juices are high quality, the flavors are unique, and the price can't be beat. The service is excellent (Sandra is knowledgeable and eager to help). And the store is beautiful. The juice bars enable the customer to sample every flavor without having to switch batteries each time. They each have their own ready to taste. The atmosphere is peaceful and no pressure to buy. My experiences are always a pleasure. AVAIL Vapor is an upscale shop with very affordable prices. Myrtle Beach needed this store. Thank you AVAIL! 🙌
