I use to love coming there but since they have this other guy working the front desk and the floor, I have been forced to find another place to get my CBD. The owners and the young lady that work there are great, full of knowledge, accommodating, and they bring pleasure to the shopping experience. The guy that works there seems to always have another reason why he doesn't know about the different kinds of CBD, any of the products, or even to acknowledge when someone is there. Great store selling great CBD products from Oregon, but I have to move on from this store that guy killed my good vibes about buying anything else from there.

I’ve shopped here on multiple occasions. It’s hit or miss. Employee named Nate.. (I think) didn't have any knowledge of products or willingness to answer questions if he did have the knowledge. I won’t plug another store in this review because it looks like constructive criticism isn’t really their thing lol owner seemed nice one of the times I was there but literally if certain employees are there I just leave because I’d have an easier time asking google about the strains then some of these people. The products are good but you gotta go in there already knowing what you want cause 9/10 the dude behind the counter isn’t gonna know and he’ll be on his cell phone or in the back room not up front at all to assist. But really at this point there are so many other places to shop I don’t think I’ll be back to spend anymore of my cash! Which is sad since it’s right in my area.

I'm not sure who the quiet guy is who works here but he does look a little mean and standoffish but once I got my head out of my own butt and started asking questions about the products, he was very knowledgeable and friendly. I look for him specifically every time I go in to buy because I know he's not going to drag out the sell making small talk, then I'm on my way.
You have to give people a chance, granted it's customer service- some people just don't have the welcoming demeanor you would expect when walking into an establishment. They have good products and they work.
I won't shop anywhere else.

Nathan was very patient and helpful. He answered all my questions with great detail and I left the store both well informed and confident with my purchases. This visit was well worth the money.
The store is immaculately clean.I also like the layout and quite,peaceful setting as well.

Love coming here and purchasing their CBD flowers. Very high quality and very relaxing. I have seen an improvement in my emotions and my energy. Huge thank you to (sorry I don't think I caught the name) the guy with the tri-force tattoo for helping me pick a new strain to try even after I had an idea of what I wanted. I was not disappointed at all! I will definitely be coming here for good. I have never been disappointed nor skeptical when walking in and trying something new!

Female staff member was very rude and unknowledgeable. Asked a question and immediately got attitude back . The labels are not correct on all the products. Do yourself a favor (like I did) and drive a few blocks on down the street to get better service and products.

Great product and definitely works in terms of inflammation, focus, and stress relief. My only issue is with the customer experience.
I went in a month ago and Chris was phenomenal. He was well educated about the product, he told me things I should look for, and I was left a satisfied customer. I bought the 1000mg product.
Today’s experience...meh. I came prepared to spend a little more, however, I didn’t feel like the associate was...IDK. I kinda felt like rather than asking about my needs for the product, they were just pushing the sale. Also, when I brought up the fact that there was a price difference in what I paid a month ago and what I was quoted today, it was kind of shrugged off.
I’m not one of those people who rates low just simply because of a bad experience; the product works and I will definitely be back. They are one of the better retailers in the area, and in my opinion, get 4 out of 5 stars. The only thing I’d suggest is just consistency in terms of pricing and how the customer is treated.
