Called there numerous times trying to reach someone right after they opened this am. No one answered. After reading their web site I came to the conclusion took the actual state card, no. Wouldn't have been a huge ordeal, but the "security " guard behind the plexiglass is very unprofessional. If y'all can't answer the phone with only 2 patients, and 3 staff, you may want to look into getting more help. Give waste of gas money!

A year later and the only thing that has improved is the parking lot. Still same overpriced/low quality/low purchase limit products that they are unwilling/unable to keep in stock.
Every time i visit the cart limit is lowered went from 4 to 3 and on my last visit and was only 2. Also their carts are so inconsistent i will always have at least 1 that doesn't work.
While i am thankful they were open the last year i am so glad the state run program finally has places opening because there's no chance i will renew my card.

For a "medicinal dispensary" it's very hypocritical that they won't take the state cards which are harder to get. You would think I would be rewarded for the year I purchased from them. You're not about helping patients as much as you are helping yourselves. I'm not paying for 2 licenses to be legal and purchase from native nations when the 1 gets me the whole rest of the state.

I just want to say I love you guys! Every time I come there the staff is very professional, the atmosphere is very professional, the security guards are ver professional and helpful I even saw one security guard offer to help a patient out to there vehicle and the product is very professional as well very good and fair priced Iām from Yankton and have a state med card as well and I prefer to drive all the way to Native Nations to get my medicine rather than go to a state dispensary! This place was so awesome I've never been to anything like it before while I'm from Iowa so I have to go out of state to visit these Cannabis stores. They was very helpful and I love it.
