Every associate there I have talked to has been very knowledgeable, kind and respectful! And if I’ve had a problem with a product I’ve bought they have done everything they can to rectify the problem to the best of their ability! This is the first and ONLY Vape store I will go to.. thanks for everything!

Bought a device from them a month ago. The tank cracked and was told when I bought it that they stand behind the products they sell. They told me to come in if anything goes wrong so they would make it right. Went in this morning right away and they said no I would need to buy a new device. They wouldn't even replace just the part. Not going to pay for a new device when I just got it. Bunch of liars. They were good until they did this. Wont do business with people that say one thing but do the other.

Compared to other vape shops in the area, very robust selection of hardware, I think they have a nice selection of well-made juice(seems light on added sweeteners, which is a good thing), and the guy running it is both knowledgeable and really, really nice. Thankfully, he's not that fake customer service nice, he just seems authentically nice, which is rare enough to run into.

Chasing clouds is my number one shop! It’s my go to for juul pods, vape juice, and mods. I only go when Robby is working! She is super nice, funny, and so helpful when I was starting out with everything! 10/10 recommend going there when she is working, best customer service I’ve experienced in forever

Love the store and managers, but the lady who was working today just lost me and my friends business. We were told on the phone by the manager there was discounts on certain brands of pods only to be shutdown by the lady and charged full price. We drove across town for the deals and she didn't even give us the time of day just charged us full price while talking to her friends and shooed us out the door. Disappointed

Never seem to have my e juice even after I call and verify they have it I get there and here a different story shocker 🙄 it's the slammin peach 6% always out and just had an experience the other day where I called at 930 at night was told there was 4 bottles of 6 percent and get to the store next day was only told you had the 3 percent and the lady had some tude and looked at me crazy when I explained that I spoke to some one just the night before.

Aside from great prices & good customer service, the staff is very personable. They will answer all your questions based on knowledge & experience. On top of that the buying process is pressure free & comfortable. I would highly recommend Chasing Clouds over any other vape shop in town! 🙌
