Super friendly and very informative. I had a bunch of questions and you had a bunch of answers. They have everything you can think of even for your animals. My dogs have hip issues, the cat treats (yes, I know, but my dogs love them) have turned my dogs into puppies again! They are 9 and 12 yes old. They run around like youngsters and seem a lot happier. Highly recommend getting some for your pets.

I had a lot of questions about the products I was interested in and the staff gave me so much information and made my choice about what to try so much easier. The store was very clean, modern, and aesthetically pleasing. Definitely not an overwhelming atmosphere.
Is used the lavender bath bomb just before bed and slept the best I have in months!
I can't even explain how great the dog treats are. I have 2 boxers. One is old, cranky, and has sore hips. The container says one treat for every 25 lbs, but I would just start with one to try it out with your pet. Both my dogs were so relaxed with 2 treats that I bet they had the best nap of their lives. Ruckus, our very senior boxer, does very well with one treat. He weighs around 65 lbs. He gets very anxious when people walk by our house, he sees another animal, or even when the wind blows too loudly. We've seen a big difference in his anxious behavior since starting with the bacon flavored hearts.
Also, the lip balm is amazing! I can't wait to try the other products they have to offer. I will definitely be back!

Desperate for something to help my cat!! Cashier was VERY helpful & knowledgeable about products, I felt very comfortable asking her questions. She recommended/suggested a few items when I explained what I was looking for to give me some options based on my personal preference of how to administer to my pet & cost. They have treats or oils for both cats & dogs. Was not cheap, but not as expensive as I feared & if the treats help my pet, well worth it!! I would feel comfortable returning for not just my cat but even myself in the future.
