Even though I went in there willing to buy whatever atomizer they had for whatever price they were asking (I was under duress due to nicotine withdrawals after breaking my tank glass), the gentleman still made sure I got something I would be happy with and took the time to explain to me how to change the coil.

I'm out here for work, and thought the batteries on my mod were done for. I stopped in to pick up a new pair, and the guy working (Lyle, if I remember his name correctly) got a pair and let me test them on my mod. Turns out my mod itself was being wonky. He took it, did some troubleshooting, and even tried cleaning it to get it working. At no time did he push any sales down my throat, and was incredibly down to earth and amiable. I ended up walking out without my mod working, but at no point did I feel pressured or judged. Really great environment, and I would most certainly shop here again when I'm in town.

I'm never disappointed with the customer service in BHV. They've always been able to answer all of my questions about vape and never act annoyed with my questions. There juice selection is amazing I prefer their Dakota Juice Co. flavours that are made locally.
