Just made my first purchase from this store not even five minutes ago and I’m very impressed! I pass through Memphis every now and then to visit family and this is going to be my go-to store whenever I’m in town.
The place is nice and clean and the guy who helped me (didn’t get his name but he had a big beard) was very friendly and professional. He helped me pick out a juice flavor and handed me my bottle not even a minute after I ordered. Prices are very good too! I usually order my juice online but the prices here were comparable which is a rarity in brick & mortar stores.
One more thing that I want to mention is the juice bottles they use. Most places use the glass bottles that have a dropper and those are just a pain in the ass to use! No matter what the juice always ends up getting everywhere. But here they use the plastic squeeze bottles which are infinitely better and more convenient in my opinion. Plus you can reuse them! It’s a small detail but it makes a difference to me.
Long story short, I’m glad I found this place. Definitely going to be my juice spot in Memphis from now on! Thanks guys!

Hey Boss, I’d like to sit down and watch golf in there on Saturdays. I don’t plan to stay for hours; maybe about 30 mins or so! Can’t recall if there’s a TV in the facility or not though! Any chance on making that happen?

I'm in this place every week to two weeks. Prices are competitive with even online companies and the juices are miles better. Their King's Landing flavor is the only flavor I've vaped for several years. Hunter, that bearded guy, has always been helpful and friendly. If anyone says otherwise maybe they were having a bad day themselves. These guys rock! They will have my business for many years to come!

I go to Bluff City every couple weeks to buy juice. I bought my tank there as well. Location is in good spot. Guys are cool, helpful and knowledgeable. You can run in and quickly get what you need or sit at the "juice" bar and shot the s***. They aren't a chain, won't beg you to buy. They are just easy and have great premium/house blends. They have great mods/tanks, etc. They are affordable.
It's unfortunate that the government is changing the laws and hurting these businesses. I truly hope they still make it work.

I went into this establishment not sure what was on the market or what I needed. The staff is very welcoming and didn't make me feel like a newbie to the vaping world. The gentleman who helped me was very knowledgeable and after I explained my last setup, pointed me in the direction of the perfect setup that I was comfortable with operating.
He showed me all the ins and outs of the product, and made sure all my questions were answered. They even threw in a generous sampling of their Game of Ohms Kingslayer juice! I have no idea if they give this with every purchase, but it was greatly appreciated. Tastes amazing.
Overall I am very pleased with my experience with Bluff City Vapes and will definitely be a returning customer. I also have no hesitation in referring my friends to this establishment.

Wow. Been buying juice and product from here for 2 years. Today I walked in and saw the same bearded guy in the back by his self in the back (i was the only customer). He just slowly walked in from the back totally uninterested I was there. Then his guy friend walked in and ignoring me hands him 20 dollars and tells him it costs 11 dollars and that leaves him 9 to eat. Mean time I'm just standing there. Then the guy finally walks behind the counter and asks if he can help me. I tell him what juice I want and while never looks at me says OK then starts texting on his phone for 5 minutes and I'm just staring at him like really dude?? He finally goes to make my juice like it's a chore and comes back . I ask if they also sell salt nic coils and I show him my mod and he says yep but we are out. Worst experience I've ever had at a vape shop all over the country. After 2 years buying there I'll never go back.
