All of my experiences have been great but yesterday's visit exceeded all others. Eric was beyond helpful. He was patient and kind and knowledgeable. The item for which I was searching was out of stock but Eric listened to my needs and made suggestions for several different types of products to fulfill my request. He most sincerely apologized for the out of stock situation as well. He truly provided more than mere "customer service". I would give more than 5 stars if possible! Thank you Eric!

I personally do not know Nicholas, or any other member of your team at the Paul Huff store, but I can tell that your employee’s at this location are visibly affected by the lack of merchandise that should be available to purchase. Nicholas especially, he wants the store to prosper and grow, as do I!
I believe that these employees are getting verbally harassed by customers that do not understand that when the supply truck doesn’t show up, it typically affects sales, and I seriously doubt that the employees are responsible for the truck not showing up, but are condemned for it by some customers who have no patience!!
Nicholas, and every member of that team has been nothing less than perfect, considerate, understanding, and very helpful in the types of needs for the customer! Bottom line, an employee is only as good as the weakest link, and right now, the weak link is the lack of merchandise that they need!!
Get these people the merchandise they need to run a profitable, well managed store!! I can sense their frustrations from lack of product!! Let’s go CBD !!

Walked into your store on Friday 3/25/22. The Cleveland TN store on Paul Huff. Was standing inside from about 4:05-4:20. Not a single sole to be found. Called several times while standing inside, even said Hello out loud thinking someone maybe busy in the back. Drove around back to see if maybe an employee was outside. No employee to be found. May want to take your big sign down that’s in front of your computer asking for google reviews if your not going to be in the store to provide service! Better yet, better lock the door if your not going to be there!

Omg where to start stood in store for 10 minutes before anyone showed up. Then the selection was well let’s just stay the smallest I ever seen in a smoke shop. Had nothing I wanted. Employee must have been using was so out of it was no help. Bottom line I’ll never be back nothing can be done to win me back

One of my favorite stores!!! A little high but u guess most of the cbd stores are, but you're paying for quality as well. And this place sales the best stuff. Love the products and the employees are great and really explain everything if you have any questions.

I went in with my husband who was looking for something to help with stress and anxiety. We have zero experience with CBD products so we really didn’t know what we were looking for.
