Great place,plus very knowledgeable. Mike the manager or Drew the assistant manager, or any of the employees are willing to take the time to help you figure out what is the best vapor pen you need. Whether you are new to vaping or have some experience, they are always willing to work with you and make sure you are happy with whatever product you purchase. I highly recommend going in and checking them out. The entire Saffire Vapor crew is pleasant to work with and will give you the best bang for your buck. Great prices, great flavors, and all around a wonderful experience. I know that I am a customer for life. You will not be disappointed I promise!

Great service from Heather and others. But theres one short dude working there who gave me a hard time and wouldn't replace a faulty ecig I'd bought the day before. I took it back to Heather the next day, didn't mention the prior situation, tested it and it was replaced immediately. So, I'm torn on the place.

When I went there I was impressed with the smell, but also concerned...it was one smell no mix so there were no other flavors being used ( it was coffee)
I bought packaged items so my purchase was not that bad I purchased Boxcar 0mg nic and it tastes watered down Tiger's blood was very good though.
A friend purchased peanut butter liquid we got pair... Also the pixie stick is very disappointing the taste is very strong and not very good and the clouds are awful like almost none for max VG
Overall 2 stars BC I am being very nice I am very disappointed and will personally tale my business alsewhere unless I am buying bottles clips etc.
Now the good, their prices are fairly cheap as far as I can tell I am going back to buy more 10 ml bottle and a belt clip

Love this place! Recently stopped smoking and this place is my new gas station ha. Try any flavor you would like before you buy it. Staff is always nice and friendly. If you are a beginner or a seasoned vet, this places has everything you need.

I've been a faithful customer to Saffire since I first discovered the Clarksville location. Since moving back to Cookeville, these guys have been nothing short of amazing! I've always been met with kindness & helpfulness from every *single* employee; they truly go above and beyond to take care of everyone who walks through their doors. You'll also never leave without having a fun and interesting conversation. I'll never dare to go anywhere else for my vaping needs, you guys rock!!

Its a clean store but they probably have the lowest variety and the most expensive vape juice. I bought an ijust3 and within 2 weeks it had broken. I took it back and they immediately knew what was wrong with it. This leads me to believe that they knowingly sold be a device that they knew would fault. I got a new one and within 2 weeks, the same thing happened. Not the place to buy vape stuff. Low variety at a higher price

They are a little steep for what you get, but most vape stuff is. Wish they had more flavor choices in bigger bottles as well for a better price, but not a bad store, really clean and set up well and well the workers there are ridiculously nice and sweet and help you with your needs exc., so that's a plus!

This is one of the best vape stores in town. Staff is extremely friendly and have a good selection of products that are very good quality. They also take pride in helping out customers in explaining products and giving good recommendations, also very informed and informative. Highly recommend Safire to new and seasoned vapers alike!

Every time my wife or I go inside this store we're always greeted with a smile and their knowledge is unbelievable I was in there today having trouble with my vape pen the whole time I was thinking I was going to have to buy a new one the guy working today was SKY I was very impressed with his knowledge and how quickly he fixed my pen explained everything he did incase it happened again I could fix it .I can't finish this without saying something about KACIE my wife thinks the world of her ahe has helped my wife several times with suggestions that could help with my wife's stomach which is paralyzed so both of you have my up most respect thank you both for everything
