This place is simply overpriced, and they often don’t have any stock on hand. Additionally, their customer service leaves much to be desired. As a tip: I go to the one in Nashville, they have several and they are so much nicer and the product is actually cheaper! These stores are owned separately, so each store has their own policies. I really like the Brentwood one, and it really was worth the gas because it was that much cheaper. Also, Snap Dragon, out of Chattanooga, is cheaper and they mail their products!! I’ve gotten it mailed many times without problems, and it’s better quality. This store takes advantage of their customers because they are the only store like it in town. My suggestion would be to get snap dragon mailed directly to you, but if you want to go in a physical store, it is worth the trip to Nashville!

Beautiful store and so many products available. I have some medical issues that I had these products recommended for. Hannah did a great job of explaining the different products to me and really listened to my needs. She made recommendations to suit my needs and was very patient and professional. Declan and Soshea were absolutely incredible! They took such great care of us, 5 stars just doesn’t do them justice! They were knowledgeable, engaging, patient with our indecisiveness, and they went above and beyond in caring for one of our group members who didn’t respond well to it. Their kindness and compassion went so far beyond their job description; they’re clearly just wonderful people! We had such a great experience and it was all thanks to them!

I just came in tonight bc I was in need of something to help me ground. I found out both of my grandmother's are dying today. I received the news of each within an hour of the other, and was overwhelmed, and needed help processing my emotions. Soshea and the manager (I didn't catch her name) were both very sweet and gentle with me, & the Mgr even threw a free drink in with my purchase. Thank you both so much for your kindness tonight.
