The customer service here was super helpful and the guy that helped me knew what he was talking about, he treated me with the utmost respect and he showed me a lot of great pieces that were made from local artists and he was very informative. I really enjoyed the experience. As a customer I felt valued. I can't wait to go back.

From the time spent on the phone, to the time spent in the store it was 100% fabulous...I wish I could remember the guys name that was working but he was very knowledgeable and very charismatic. Despite the store being way out of my way I will definitely be returning for my future cannabis needs. Thanks again guy, you really rock.

Ryan and the crew are awesome! Customer service is great so kind and informative about puffco and all the questions I had! Will be back to get all my supplies forsure and will send anyone who ask where the best shop is!

This place is awsome and the staff is very knowledgeable! Zack was professional and kind and he took the time to go over everything I had questions about . I'm fourty years old and Zack made me feel comfortable and I think he really needs to be in charge of all the staff I'm just really happy to finally have a place that I'm very happy to be a return customer my name is Russell and I'll be back because of how I was treated by Mr Zack thank you for good old fashion customer service!

Very chilled, an amazing atmosphere, and okay prices. Been coming here for a while, and even when the employees change, I still feel like I am welcomed. They also have some of the cutest pieces I have ever seen!

My last visit has proven that you don't need to go anywhere else for QUALITY and FAIR priced pipes, hookas, charcoal, incense, stickers, decor, anything!
Pulsar is a very quality water pipe creator and my large beautiful piece only cost $70, previous starter from two years ago was only $30 and I still have it too. Walked to a nearby shop and the same Pulsar pipe was being sold at over $100?!!
Im telling you to stop here first if you want a great deal and friendly, helpful staff.

Great selection. The guy who was working there was really nice and we chatted for a bit. It's in a nice little area I suppose by the college. Cookout is within a stones throw. They have some pretty good Kratom there as well.

All of staff are friendly & have great customer service. The staff are definitely knowledgeable of all the products especially Nick if that's his name (he does inventory) . Either way there alot of fun and cool thing to explore from big to small to papers n all!
