I came in for my first hookah, and left with everything I needed. The two girls working on a busy Saturday night were extremely friendly, and dealt with a rush of customers very well. Keep it up lads.

Employees are not very informed on the products...one girl totally Misled me about one product and after buying it and getting home and figuring out I called and she told me that she did tell me and she did explain it to me ....no she did not and it wasted my money then another time I went in asking for another product they told me they only had the 2 kinds but my friend when in the next day and came out with a 3rd Kind that I didn't even knew existed. Don't waste your time or money in my opinion you're better off ordering online you can get everything they have a lot cheaper and usually in A-day or 2. Also it seems like the employees are way more intrested in hanging out in the back and smoking and talking then they are about helping customers.

Felt very cluttered and compressed. Slightly overwhelming. The staff was helpful and friendly but prices seemed higher than average. Quality of products was good. This is a good place to purchase kratom. I would purchase from here again. A slightly stressy shopping experience.
