Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. The juice I use to vape with is so much cheaper than the vapor store I normally buy from! I save $10 everytime I buy a bottle. Highly recommend!

I'm very knowledgeable on the types of items sold in these stores. I've been in dozens. This is the only head shop in Knoxville worth walking into. Absolute latest in concentrate accessories. Decent selection of dry herb vapes and ecig type vapes as well. They are not missing any item you would expect there. Lots of custom options. People there are friendly and educated on their business. Much more so than other shops in Knoxville. And I've been to every single one around this area. They answered my questions, gave me my product, and even chatted with me for a bit without trying to push an additional sale. Can't say enough about that. Good folks even threw in a free gift and discount on my $10 purchase just because I was nice! Don't waste your time at other smoke shops.

The worst hookah hookup location there is around, there is hardly a selection worth looking at, and all the employees I have ever dealt with at this location are the absolute worst. They do not help you and refuse to be nice to you, all they care about is your money! I would highly recommend using a different chain of business entirely

The place has it's pieces, they don't know what they have, and if you ask for help, most likely they don't know what you are looking for. As far as quality of glass, it is fragile as hell, not well put together. If you are around this store, just go down the road to Smoke Rings. They actually know what they have, and give you deals out the ass.

Went to this store to buy a torch and when i was getting checked out the guy "tested' it first the torch was spraying all out i thought nothing of it at first maybe thats how it was the first couple times but later found out at home it was just faulty which is fine but they dont do returns or exchanges at the store Knowing that i wonder why the guy sold me a faulty torch know it was faulty Horrbile customer service
