Went In there last week and paid $50 for a vape pen. Worked the first day and quit on the second. Tried charging it and it still doesn’t work. Thought maybe it was faulty so I called to see about getting helped. Pretty much told I was on my own. Ive spent my hard earned money there multiple times and I have 1 problem with a product and they don’t even offer a solution. I don’t do business that way so I refuse to do business with a place that does.

Worst employee behind the counter she had her son in there cussing and wouldn’t let me ask questions about products instead just talked over me and explained stuff I already knew never coming back worst employees behind the counter this is the 2nd time something like this happened.

Always a great experience here. Staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful, and the selection is great. The manager, Ethan, is a seriously cool dude and helped me navigate all the different options they have. Definitely check these guys out!

I walked in for the first time and the girl named Samantha was so knowledgeable and honestly the nicest person I've ever met working in retail. My mom is kinda a crotchety old lady and Mrs. Samantha was so patient with her. I will be back just to request her service the next time I come in

I got a few things in like August but never really got into it bc of how bad the taste was. No wonder it was so bad my oil was a year out of date and there was mold in it. I paid like $100 and for a low paid college student thats a lot.
