Not impressed. Was trying to explain but he kept cutting me off to say "i know that ready" and the such. I know i can be repetative, but you never cut off your customer mid sentence to tell him to hurry up. Very Rude. I wont be back and telling friends to shop elswhere.. Y'all need to lesson from Snapdragon Hemp in Chattanooga. Now that's cutomer service.

I called and spoke with a woman who was VERY helpful in finding the product I was looking for in the whole Knoxville system. I'm driving almost an hour to her store just because of her service and to try the exact product she has in stock. I recommend the FULL SPECTRUM CBD SHATTER to anyone transitioning from other products 😉

The location at 109 Moss grove blvd. Seems to be in desperate need of a manager. They are constantly out of their best sellers, and the staff isn't very knowledgeable when it comes to their products, or evening how to get a hold of one of the other locations. In my opinion you would be better off just growing your own.
