Very clean and the air doesn't have it's own texture or taste unlike quite a few other vape shops. The staff is all very knowledgeable about all of their products and incredibly helpful to everyone that comes into the store. All of their products are quality and come straighy from their warehouse, and their products and devices are most definitely not refurbished as some may claim. And an amazing variety of their own juices and cheap third party line.

Customer service was great, they took the time to answer all of my questions, and as a first time vape buyer I had many,they also took the time to explain how everything worked/how to properly use and care for my new device. Their store was very well set up and a good flow. The liquid bar had a variety of flavors to choose from and they were kind enough to allow me to sample my fill until I found the right one for me. Overall a great experience and I see myself shopping at this location for all my vaping needs!! Highly recommended

Paid $60.00 for a Elief mod in late Sept it stopped working in late Dec.Took it back because it wouldn't even take a charge.The guy at your Providence store said it was out of warranty.He told me I had to buy another one.Why would I spend another $60.00 for something that may last another 3-or4 months.I told him to throw it in the garbage can next to him and I will never purchase anything from their organization and tell friends of my dealings with Sapphire! You lost a satisfied customer up until now.I would rate you maybe a 1 star !

I just have to say that Amber is what makes this place what it is! She has always been so helpful and nice every time I go in there. She is the person that every business should have. The store is great, a little pricey but the customer service from Amber is why I keep going here.

To rate this place low means you like dealing with snobs, Brittany and Kyle are AWESOME!!! Told them what I was looking for and what my vaping needs were and they didn't try to sell me something I didn't need like all of the other places and weren't rude snobby know it all hipsters. Great place and the ONLY place I will do my business, other vape store TAKE NOTES!
