I bought a bunch of oils as gifts and they told me I could get next order for 50% off as it was a part of their loyalty program. I came back the next month and the loyalty program they eliminated and said “yea we know you bought several Hundred dollars worth of oils last month and I remember you but no we won’t honor the loyalty program any more so your out of luck.”
I know people have a choice who they support. Just wanted customers to know the type of people that run Nashville CBD Solutions so they know any loyalty is a one way street and there are other places that offer the exact same products and are Mom and Pop shops owned by people that actually do understand how to build loyalty.

This is a great CBD shop, I had the pleasure of talking with the owner Dan he knew everything you could know about the plant. He walked me through every part of the plant and the different types of cannabinoid like CBD, CBN (for sleep), and CBG.

Which I was very interested in because Dan explain in full detail how CBG was really beneficial for seizures. This hit home for me because my son suffers from seizures. So, I finally decided to go with the water soluble for my son because Dan told me that the bio-availability is the highest amoung CBD oils and it would be the best for my sons seizures.

Nevertheless, the atmosphere in this CBD store is incredible so we organized and structured to help with all the customers needs and wants, during such a stressful time.

Covid has shown peoples true colors and this small business has stepped up above and beyond the average call of duty. These are the companies that are the back bone of the Economy.

As you can see I took time out of my busy day home schooling my sons to write this long review about how great this company and their ethics are, I will tell all my friends and family about this beautiful business.

Furthermore, I got the CBD caramels for myself and wife. Dan explained to me how the caramels are a great after dinner treat and great for sleep too. I also have IBS and he told me that because the caramel has to go through the gut that it is prefect for my gut issues. Great CBD Shop very friendly staff and also very knowledgeable too. I had a interaction with a sales rep. named Harrison. He was so nice and walked me through the steps of the entire endocannabinoid system. Will be back for sure and be a repeat customer.

The store was so clean and the atmosphere in the store was incredible. I did some research on CBD before going in, but the staff went above and beyond to make sure I knew what he was talking about in each step of the process.

He even told me about their C02 extraction process and how it is the industry standard for the country. He also explain how most companies still use alcohol extraction, which could leave excess alcohol in the tincture which is not good for the body to absorb. He walked me through every product I asked about and we ended up deciding on the 1500 mint oil. I have had some issues with sleep in my past and he assured me that this oil has helped many people in the past get a solid 8 hours of sleep. Also, he suggested that I get a bag of caramel treats to try and that might help with the sleep aid.

As you can see they made such a big impact on my day to day life that I took time out of my busy day to write this review for such a great company and a very friendly staff.

During times of such upheaval with the covid 19 pandemic this company has been a shining light for the standards should have during such trying times.

The safety standards were amazing everyone was wearing mask and gloves to protect the safety of the shoppers. They made sure that they gave me all the resources to be successful in my CBD journey.

This was such a pleasurable experience shopping here, I will tell all my friends to come and visit this wonderful store. It was almost like a consultative approach to cbd ,the sale rep made sure I was fully informed on every single product in the store down to the chapsticks and cbd soaps. I really enjoyed the chamomile and vanilla soap smell and they even had a Bath Bomb that was in the same sent that I wanted to try but will get next time I shop with them in the future.

Nevertheless, I want to try the delta 8 gummies too next time I visit this location in Green Hills. Harrison said it is one of their newest products and they cant keep them on the shelves because it is such a popular gift for everyone in the family. So, I asked them to contact me when they get some in stock, they have a wait list so they will call you when it is back in stock or even ship it from another store (their customer service is top notch) and super friendly too. I want to try everything in their store. But next I think Im going to try some of the beauty products too the face cream looked amazing too!

Nashville cbd solutions is the BEST cbd store in all of Nashville, I would drive to the other said of town just to talk to their knowledgeable staff and I live In East Nashville, there are like 5 over near me that know nothing about the plant. compared to this store. I cant wait until they open a location closer to me.

I purchased CBD Oil to help me sleep here last week. I was told I had 30 days to try it and could return it within that time if it didn't work. Unfortunately, it didn't help me. Went to return it 3 days later and was told they had a NEW COVID NO RETURN policy which started the day before (2 days after I had been told I could return it). When I asked them to honor what they had told me when I bought it, I got so many explanations, including the lie that I had never been told that -- but I had a witness.....This place has HORRIBLE customer service. Even when I messaged /chatted with their staff to ask that this be corrected, I was told I would be contacted, and no one did. 4x I was told this. I even emailed the owner. NO RESPONSE. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!!

I see the "owner" responded below. It's more lies. They never said the day I tried to return this that I could return it within 60 days of the restrictions being lifted AND never called or emailed me with that information. In fact, in the 4 times I've reached out to them, I've never gotten a call back or email. Nonetheless, that was definitely NOT the information told to me the day I tried to return it. AND it doesn't make sense that they can't take back open products at this time because they CAN'T re-use it -- they'd have to throw it out. So there is no risk to them. I can tell by the wording of this response that this was written by Harrison Hall, the "concierge" who backtracked on what he said initially and lied when I tried to return it.

Again, don't do business with this company. If you were doing everything you could to serve your customers at this unprecedented time, you would honor your commitments when money is tight for people and accept returns as promised initially, instead of just trying to get away with keeping people's money or getting your commission. BAD BUSINESS.

He put together a care package specific to my needs. I have sense, sent several family members to the store who were treated exactly as I was.
