I’ve been satisfied with this place until tonight. I got charged for someones else order that I guess was still on the register. My card was approved, I told her my card was approved then she asked me to put my card back in and I got charged a second time. I got charged twice two different amounts for one item. I called the store asked for the mangers number. I’ll be waiting for a phone call back. When I walked in Customers were waiting with one employee and a 3 or 4 year was in the shop running around. I didn’t think children were allowed in this place.

Ive been going to Kure Vapes for months now and everytime the staff remembers me and if they dont have what im looking for they are very knowledgeable about finding me something i love! Ive been very pleased with thier customer service and staff, if you havent tried them you have to go by and see what im talking about!! Highly recommend if your looking for a new smoke shop! 😊

Love this place, little to no issues everytime I go. Only problem I've had is they charge a fee of 2.50 when a card is used. Very odd and I had no warning nor was I notified but it's okay. Would still prefer their smoozie juices over other regular juices at any other vape shop

Over the last few weeks I've noticed the same lady in the store with her 3 or 4 year old today I found out it is the manager and her daughter. Apparently she keeps her daughter with her all day while she works in a vape shop where the kid just sits and plays while having people vape around her all day.

Great play been going for years but lately there has been this little girl in there like every day for the past couple of weeks very concerned for the health and safety of the little girl who's mom apparently is the new manager
