As the first customer since they opened and as a regular, I've got to say I've never had a bad experience. Billy is always on point with his customer service and knowledge of all they items available in store. His mom is always awesome too, never in a sour mood.

Such a great shop and experience! Kathy and Billy are very knowledgeable on all of their products. Billy was attentive to my friend & I the whole time we were in the shop. She had several questions and he answered them all in such a friendly and welcoming way. While browsing around, the environment was super laid back. Will definitely come back soon!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Prices compare to other shops around town but there’s a loyalty points set up for discounts etc. They’ve not disappointed me yet in my consumer experiences here and I’ll definitely go back : )

I would give 0 stars, but the owners mother is very sweet and helpful. BUT!!!! BILLY, the owner is not worth the skin he is in. Don't waste your money at right direction CBD. There are many more places in Abilene that will leave you satisfied. Right direction is another fly by night, here and gone vape shop. Not much selection, and the highest prices in town! Really? When he started his business in Abilene in 2020, him and his mother were very nice and helpful. Now Billy is the only reason I will never step foot in his shop again. Just go to drug emporium or another vape shop for your needs.

Right Direction is located in a convenient location. The store has been constantly improving since it’s first inception. They started out with a smaller selection but now carry a very exciting amount of the newest legal thc products you can buy in Texas.

28 positive “5 star” reviews in less than an hour..yeahhh that doesn’t scream fake at all 🤔.. I don’t know this business personally but I don’t support a company asking strangers whom have never shopped there before to leave 5 star reviews without actually knowing the staff or products.. from what I read before this scandal started happening was a lot of 1 star reviews. The company needs to do better, asking for fake reviews is not the way to go, maybe improve your product or customer service skills since that seems to be most of the complaints from the people who’ve actually shopped here.
