Delivery and customer service was excellent and the product itself was perfect. It was fresh and there was no sour odor, and you can tell fresh kratom from the soft almost talc powder texture it will have.
Effects were ideal and within normal parameters but it did not leave the offputting, lingering sour taste in the mouth when it was taken in the same dose size as the other product with water and as a tea in water solution.
