The Phoenix Queen (Syl'vylas)
This vape shop sells and recommends a broken product. The smok novo lasts me 2 months before it breaks down either to not holding a charge past 3 hits or it auto firing to the point that it has to hit the cut off of three seconds. This store also has the most unprofessional employees I have ever had the displeasure of encountering. One employee told me to my face that I was lying when I bought a product and never let me finish what I was saying. I had also come in twice to return my broken Smok novo and they could not find my purchase in their system until conveniently after my 30 day warranty came to an end. This vape shop has overpriced goods and a terrible staff. I would never recommend this to anyone wanting vape products due to the unprofessionalism alone.

The CS guys were helpful enough. They have most of the newer stuff but seem passive at creating an inventory. Not alot of options on flavor although offering flexibility. Usually get a discount if you ask.

If a child can run a lemonade stand, you'd think fully grown adults could manage a vape shop. But...you'd be wrong. Their popular flavors might as well be mythic creatures. The staff says they exist but I'm yet to see proof. All jokes aside, as a customer, you will either compromise or leave with nothing. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere that understands how to stock their shelves.
