We was sold a faulty little bullet vape today we went back 1 hr later. We were willing to spend more money to get an exchange but the manager KENDRA was not willing to work with us. Remind you there is nothing POSTED NO WHERE on the door, walls, or at check out SAYING NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES!!!! nor did anyone VOICED that at checkout. The young lady there was trying her best to help us, but I do understand she just work there she don't make the rules. It is definitely unprofessional to put your staff at jeopardy of geeting screamed at by customer because lack of leadership.
