I have been a customer of Artisan Vapor for two years now, and it wasn't until the last month or so that I was turned off from this place, simply because of one person. I do not know her name, but I have never seen her prior to the pandemic (COVID-19). All of the guys who had great customer service have left this location. Unfortunately, we are stuck with the dark haired new girl. I don't know if she is the new manager or not. She has terrible customer service skills and is rude in subtle ways.
I also do not like the fact that I was placed on hold yesterday and hung up on after three minutes of waiting on the phone, all while sitting outside in the parking lot. When I called back, the new girl (dark haired brunette) told me I had two customers in front of me. What! I was on hold and someone hung up on me, now I have to wait???? I'm sorry, but the days of excellent customer service are few and far between. Now some businesses act as if they are doing the customer a favor by serving them with excellence. I will be going to the Collins location from now on or finding another vapor store all together. Dark haired brunette girl (that has been at this location for a month or so) You have chased away a loyal, consistent customer.

---Tried what I bought when I left there. Key Life 1000 mg tincture cb + cbg 1:1 (500 mg ea.). Used 1/2 dropper then again a couple of hours later. Took the pain down so far that I can barely feel it. Works great!---
