Seth was VERY insightful. First time coming in to try something new for my husband's needs. (immense pain / depression & anxiety) . I personally have never had any experience or knowledge of any of this. And Seth was very helpful in giving us information about every type in this store. Even gave us some helpful brochures.
Javier and Denise were so polite as well.

I had been curious about this type of stuff for a while and drive by here every day to work, so I decided to stop by on my way in one evening and was helped by Kelly. I must say she was extremely intelligible and friendly, and she was able to help me find products that have helped me tremendously! I will definitely be coming back.

Prices are absolutely horrendous, you can get fully lab tested high quality Kratom shipped to your door for $69-$99 a kilo with full lab tests included. Plenty of cheaper companies with better quality and super fast shipping. I purchased a small amount from this place just to try, and it wasn't even on par to what I normally order online. Do your research, buy elsewhere until they improve prices. I know places that sell for $45 a kilo if you buy 4 or more too. Just 1 kilo is $69, with many sites selling for $80-$99 a kilo. Just find better quality and do research for purchasing elsewhere. Def not worth their price in absolutely anyway. Friendly staff though, so I'll refrain from a 1 star review.

Came to the shop to ask a few questions about a product• The associate Damian was knowledgeable and very kind! Along with the young lady Layna, who assisted in ringing my items up! Awesome staff at the Arlington location, for sure 10/10 recommended!
