So reasons I love this city #420: Shops like this still exist. I like it when I go into a store and the people who work there actually are knowledgeable about the products they sell. I can ask questions and feel confident about the products I buy which go into my body. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my products. It’s a little like walking into the original Planet K back in the day. The friendly staff and you just knew they not only knew about the products but were probably using them too. Lol. Ask for Brian if he’s around, they all know what they are doing but Brian will definitely go above and beyond to make sure you are serviced as a customer in the best way. He might even let you pay via Venmo!Hope you check them out.

Awesome local shop! The owners are super nice and very knowledgeable. Amazing customer service that's very rare to find in most head shops! I love that they support local and have organic wraps, papers, hempwick, etc. Very helpful and will return! Good selection, reasonably priced.

Definitely have to agree with the other reviews, Cosmic Cowboy provides a level of service and welcoming vibe like no other head shop I’ve visited. Chris was extremely kind, funny and informative as we made our last stop on our way out of Austin. Will definitely be back!

I came here with little to no idea what I was looking for and Chris patiently talked me through different styles and price points. Dude is super knowledgeable and friendly.
When I found the piece I wanted, he told me all about the artist who made it (Boro Loco - excellent work), the techniques used to make it, and he even cleaned it with an alcohol pad before packaging it. If that's not worth five stars I don't know what is.
I'll definitely be back to Cosmic Cowboy when it's time for a new piece.

The staff and selection were fantastic. I had done a ton of research into the product that I wanted prior to going in and the staff still had an exceptional amount of additional knowledge to provide. I wish that I had gone there initially and not wasted so much time reading product reviews prior. A fantastic experience.
