J Heart CBD, Delta 8, and THCa - Austin

This was my first time in the store and I was greeted by Delaney who is so sweet and knowledgeable about all of the products there. I came in looking for something to help with my sleep issues and I explained my issues and asked her a ton of questions and she really knew her stuff! I walked out of there with a handful of things to try and definitely will be back. There was another gentleman working there too but didn't catch his name and they were both so kind. I sometimes can feel social anxiety when I'm not sure what I'm looking for at a store and have to ask a bunch of questions to figure it out and all of that went away after chatting with Delaney so I really appreciate that and will be back again soon when I'm out of sleep gummies!

Love this store. The people are the best part of my pick up days. The vibe is peacful and comfortable. I have anxiety and its hard to be in public places but everytime i go to either store one on lamr and one in cedar park the people are what make me so comfortable they are friendly and reapectful. Kind ...like i saud its a vibe i havent found in other delta 8 stores. Highly recommend. They are knowledgeable and patient.

Customer service hands down best in austin ..upbeat posative knowledgeable about their products. Kind respectful and local. Ill be loyal customer till they dont let me. I have anxiety and some days its hard to get out of the car they are paitent and help my husband to help me. I highly recommend lamar and cedar park store. I buy f4om both places on purpose i want both stores to be successful.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THESE GUYS! They give SAMPLES. Through they recommendation I was able to get off my hydrocodones and use CBD supplements. I'm constantly trying new things with them. I'm not completely off all of my pain medications of course but they have helped at least get me off the one I was afraid of getting addicted to. Everybody at the shop knows their stuff.

Being a newbie in CBD was overwhelming and I could not have ended up at better place. After a little googling and learning about their customer service, I headed in and was not disappointed. The staff’s knowledge and awesome customer service put me completely at ease and they helped me pick what was best for me. Went into the store on a lark and was very clear about what I was looking for and my total lack of knowledge on making an educated purchase. Was all ready to shell out $50 on a gamble and the incredibly kind and professional sales agent instead gave me a free sample and sent me on my way. The sample was awesome, a little googling shows that the $50 price tag on the full bottle was right on pace and the service was excellent. Will no doubt be spending more then $50 here in the future.

Really an awesome store. Such friendly staff and I really enjoyed the wide selection. Everything was clean and nice as well. An awesome alternative for anyone that I would highly recommended :)
