Great little smoke shop. Wide selection of vapes. Many different flavors. Lots of colorful tobacco accessories with different styles. Also I have found this place to be very affordable. The best prices I've seen around town. The clerk was very helpful and informative. I would recommend this place to anyone.

The employees did a good job and were quick to help me however the main issue was the 1/8 delta flower I was sold was short which you can imagine made me beyond upset since its already expensive. Its already hard and stressful living in Austin, so I don't understand why I also need to test the honesty of every store I visit. I did call and tell the employees that it was short and also they should contact who sold them the products to figure out why theyre not selling full doses. I wasn't offered a refund, discount, or anything to compensate. It seemed like they didn't care since the sale was already done. I just got a "Sorry bro, I'll let them know" and that was the end of it. Id only say go here for the pipes and bongs; anything else like gummies, flower, pills, anything consumable is meant to rip you off. I hate driving all the way to Houston for a trusted honest shop but I might just have to from now on. Beyond disappointed for a first time experience.

I'm in from out of town and decided on going to this shop for my Kratom needs while in the area. I've visited this shop 3 times during my stay and every time there was a different person running the shop and each of them were extremely helpful and knowledgeable of not only their own inventory, but what item is best for what purpose. They went out of their way each time to make sure I purchased the exact product to best fit my needs. The prices of the inventory were fair as well. If you value reasonable prices and friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff as well as a large, diverse selection of products to choose from, this is most definitely the place to go! It's in a great location near the SoCo shopping district and fairly central to a lot of popular areas in Austin. I will definitely be choosing Nirvana as my go to supply store anytime I'm in the area in the future and you should too! I would say it's the best smoke shop in Austin, but I don't really care to visit any other shops to know for sure.

Just went in today to get a vape and Sebastien was very helpful. He was quick and knowledgeable about what I was looking for. He even helped me put it together and gave me some helpful tips. Been coming here for at least a year. Person that usually helps me, first name start with K., is amazing very great customer service needs a big raise. I had an issue with a product and she was able to help out. I will keep coming back for my vape products and etc. Great prices. Thanks ya'll!

I have a problem, lol, spending on average $400 a week on kratom and EZEE sticks . However, when I purchased two vapes that didn't work I was not allowed to return, exchange or receive a discount for the two defective vapes. No problem I will take my business elsewhere where there is better customer service or vapes that are not defective.

I originally rated this store 5 stars. I went in today, the guy behind the counter not only was not helpful but was actively trying to get me to leave by ignoring me.
I asked a question, he looked at me, i pointed at something, he looked at me and said in a really snotty voice "what are you asking me?"
He then walked away and tried to ignore me.
I went across the street and got excellent service.
