I love the educational approach these ladies have taken in regards to CBD . I was able to pass this info on to my elderly mother to help with her arthritis. Plus the store is so clean and the staff is just as friendly and helpful. After visiting some of the other ‘shady’ stores in the area, this is only place I shop. Quality of the products are high, I’ve never bought expensive candy from Restart!

I’m an older trail runner, and use the 1:2 CBD/delta9 edibles to help combat joint inflammation from long miles on the trails. When the brand I used to buy went out of business, I went to Restart to see what they had available. The staff was courteous, knowledgeable, and most importantly, very nice. I don’t remember the name of the young lady that helped me, but she took the time to listen to exactly what I was looking for, and gave me several options from their brand. So far, they have been working great! I can’t recommend them enough.

Wife usually comes here for her cbd. So I decided to give there delta 8 a try. Customer service alone deserves a 5 star. Always super generous when we come here. Also very professional and knowledgeable. They don't make you feel uncomfortable. Definitely the higher quality cbd shops here in Austin.

I really love their products and trust them. I have been buying since they opened up. The only complaint is they sometimes have very rude people working. There is one tall, heavyset, brunette, long hair that is always in such a bad mood. I have seen people come and go, hopefully its her time next. She is extremely rude and has absolutely no people skills. I sometimes avoid going, just so I won’t see her. I don’t know her name, I think she’s some type of manager. She has a serious attitude problem not sure why they’re keeping her around. She must be a friend of the owners or something.

I bought one of their chocolate products. (Thc+ cbd) It is very good! I highly recommend it! The lady who helped me to pick this milk chocolate was very nice person. I definitely will buy more products from them.

Girl with curly hair kept hitting her pen literally while talking to customers. When there is a line at that. I feel like that looks very unprofessional doing that in the middle of checking people out. Just let alone doing it on your shift in general. Go to the back and hit it. Usually never have issues but seemed like she was there to play and not work.

This is the absolute best CBD store in Austin. It’s run by 3 sisters who are all equally knowledgeable about every product they sell. You can’t go wrong with the Raspberry Cush Delta 8 100MG THC per gummy to put a smile on your face. If you’re looking to sleep through the night then try 20MG Delta 9 THC.

I order some edible’s to see if i could get a comfortable high to relax and chill I finally got them and I had one very tasty and the high wasn’t as good as I thought but I have a very very high tolerance still I would still order some more and I would love to try some of there flower and also there wax
Over all it’s still good for for what I payed for and I will continue to do so
