Used to love this place but I wont be going back. Its not like I expect a lot in regards to service at smoke shops but the younger guy that has been there last couple of times was unwilling to answer anything beyond reading the package and I received countless shrugs. Its work bud - could be worse. First I thought he could have had a bad day but after repeat trips its obvious he hates being there. So ya know what, i don't wanna be there either!

I was a loyal customer for years until I went in for a scale. I checked out but didn’t even make it to the car before I realized it was the wrong one. Immediately turned around to walk back in to exchange to the right one but they absolutely would not return it because of “covid” even though I was demanded to wear a mask. Definitely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced

Bought a $27 battery that would not hold a charge after only having it for 5 days. Wanted to exchange it but was told we couldn’t since we passed the 24 hour exchange/returning period. They don’t even deserve 1 star.

Shop here 2-3 times a week. Kratom prices are best in town and so is selection. Staff is friendly and down to earth and know their products well.
