2 stars today- The guy that works there is not friendly at all. He is unable to make decisions about simple returns. He called the manager today about the return and left of key facts. Time before I realized I had a burnt vape,I was told that there was no returns that is why we have you try them in store. Which is also not a good policy. I believe it activates the battery. I live an hour away and may not be ready for that pen yet.

charged my card $43.28 for a Hyde rechargeable vape that the employee broke because she didn't know how the vape worked when she was having me try it in the store. i got nothing for the extra money taken.
