Went into the Castroville location today and was immediately greeted by the new manager home was very respectful and highly knowledgeable about multiple products I had questions about. I went in looking for a certain flavor that is very hard to find which I knew was not going to be in stock but not only was I very impressed by the new managers professionalism she also did with no other Vape shop has ever done before! She not only wrote down what I went in hoping to find but she even went onto the computer and added my preferred flavor from a few different manufacturers to the next order coming in! No doubt I will be referring everyone to this location I am excited and hopeful for the future of planet 420 smoke and Vape in Castroville best decision y'all ever made hiring that woman.

Great looking shop! First thing I noticed was the LED lights... gorgeous, stunning and vibrant. Then I noticed how clean it was. I also noticed how well organized the shop looked. We were greeted soon as we stepped foot buy a nice lady; there was a also young gentleman helping a customer. She asked if we needed help and like everywhere else I go I said no, but I quickly changed my mind and said I had a question. She was very patient with me; answered anything I asked. She showed me a few things that blew my mind! Lemme say this: Just when you think you're in the know you realize you don't know jack s**t! Seriously. They really have nice inventory. I will be going back for future purchases.

Almost all the products are overpriced. Just go next-door to the Citgo they are literally half as much.

Love the location it's the only store till the next town which is 25-30 miles away from here. Staff are friendly and kind always ready to help me out when I walk through the door.
