J Heart CBD and Delta 8 - Cedar Park

I bought a wulf battery from here, was told at the time it has a lifetime warranty, battery never worked properly, on the warranty it says to contact the "direct seller" which in this case would be J heart, they didn't want to do anything to remedy the situation. I rather shop at D8 Austin, they back all their products and have a way bigger selection. So I'll be getting my SECOND battery from them since they at least honor warranties.

I would love to give them 5 stars and I very likely would have 8-12 months ago. I have used the store primarily to purchase CBD Vape Cartridges. Here is what went down.

The Good - Store is clean, modern, and filled with caring and kind employees who make your day a little better every time you see them. The products they sell work as you would expect and there is a large selection. The also offer a great rewards program that gives $$$ off your next purchases when you spend over certain amounts. They track it so it's not a one time thing.

The Not So Good - Prices $$$$$. The old saying, you don't know what you don't know holds true here. I did not have a lot of experience with "legal CBD" prior to coming to this store and did not shop around much at all. I would frequently purchase 1000mg vape cartridges for a cost of around $50 a piece. The quality was good, but they run out fast. I stuck to these for well over 1.5 years and religiously went to this store to obtain them.

Then I discovered something eye opening. I went to one of the local vape shops and saw that they sold many quality CBD products with the same potency and quality as what I had been purchasing at J Heart.

To my surprise - I have found that many other stores carry these similar items for a fraction of the cost and in larger quantities (2000 MG carts!) Let me break down the math.

My wife and I were going through about 2 cartridges, 1000mg each, per week from J Heart -

Quantity - (1) 1000 Mg. Cartridge
-Price - $45-50 dollars
-Quality - Good

After moving on to other shops with very similar and high quality products my cost was significantly reduced. The new math for me is mind blowing.

-Quantity - (1) 2000 Mg. Cartridge
-Price - $28 dollars
-Quality - As good or better than any I have tried at JHeart

Saving you all the time from doing the math. Here is the reality

JHeart - 2000Mg = ~$100 ($50 / 1000 MG)
Other Places - 4000mg = ~$55-60 ($13.75 / 1,000 MG)

The price is 72% less if you go this route. I hate to be that guy but don't like to see people flush money down the toilet.

Also, this is strictly when it comes to vape carts. The other things that J Heart Sells. Buds, Gummies, TInctures, etc etc are all great and not easily found in other places for better prices.

I stopped by JHeart Cbd yesterday afternoon and I was immediately surprised to find a nice selection of D9 edibles! They had a nerds rope I grabbed along with some moon rocks (strong bud) and a pre roll. They had a lot of options regarding strains and flavor (Grape Ape was excellent). The products I bought were fair priced and strong in effect. The edible was one of the strongest I’ve bought since moving to Texas! Moon rocks were good, big hemp taste upon hitting so beware of that smell. I’m not usually a review guy but this store did great service and I would love to see a locally owned business get its due credit. If your shopping CBD/D8,9 you need to check JHeart out.

I had my first experience with edibles that actually work for me, received them from J Heart recently and am now a huge fan! Beyond the effective products, this place has a truly compelling story. I was honored to get a brief look into the origin of the name J Heart. This is more than just a local business... the truly purpose driven core values at J Heart reach far beyond any common mission statement. The focus on helping those that could benefit from this product is deeply personal. It's the kind of elevated purpose that inspires loyalty to a brand. And is all to rare.

I’ve been going here for the last year or so every month for gummies and CBD oil to help with sleep. They’re always friendly and extremely helpful but the last three or four times I’ve gone in, they told me I was only two points or four points or three points away from getting my “rewards” discount. This last time, I made a comment about not ever getting to use my points, the girl who waited on me said, “you lose your points if you don’t use them” What? I try to use them but told I’m only “whatever” points away.” I won’t be going back after this last incident. Too many other places I can go!!

This place is soo amazing!! The staff was helpful and friendly from the moment I walked in the door. Diana helped me choose the best products for my lifestyle, and really took her time to listen to me and what I needed. I didn’t feel rushed at all! The products are by far the best I’ve ever used, they helped me so much and I am so grateful!! The owner obviously knows what she’s doing because the standards held up at her store for customer service, cleanliness, and quality were outstanding! This was my first time here, but it definitely won’t be my last!!

Way over priced, you can find everything ALOT cheaper online, and if you give them your # they will harass you.

I've gone to the Cedar Park location a few times now, and am always impressed with the great customer service. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable about the different products they have and the store just has a great vibe to it. It's very well laid out and clean. You never get the "head shop" feeling while being there. The staff are true professionals. Definitely a place I would recommend.
