My experience at the shop has always been really good and helpful but today with my wife and her friend was much different since a wonderful lady name s Brittany help. She was so knowledgeable, friendly, kind and made my time at the shop very very smooth and easy. Even though I was in and out of the shop quick, she made our stay more than just a normal visit and made it enjoyable and wanted to stay just to learn more about the different products and things we needed. If you are in the Dallas area, I recommend coming to this shop specifically to have Brittany help out with literally anything they can think of. Mind you, everyone in this shop is very knowledgeable and nice 110% but she was absolutely amazing! I will be back frequently to get more products for my wife and I as well as my dog as well. Everyone here is just outrageously friendly and they know so much!

I have dealt with chronic pain for the last four years from several injuries, as well as a pinched nerve that inhibits my getting a good night's rest. I've tried several prescription medications, over-the-counter medicine, and NOTHING worked! They made me feel loopy and unlike myself, or just sick to the stomach. I tried to endure what I felt to be torture because I was tired of hurting and wanted to get back to my normal life. In my heart, I knew it had to be a solution to my problem. I believe in natural and herbal medicine, so, I started researching. I found Kratom, and decided I'd give it a try. Now where do I get it? I found CBD KRATOM. While browsing their website, I saw that they had an option for a consultation. I scheduled my consultation and spoke with Mychaela for a pretty good while. She is so knowledgeable and gave me a recommendation for items to choose based on my condition. I went for the first time last week and picked up a few things. I wasn't expecting a miracle overnight. To my surprise, I did get a small miracle in being able to sleep! My pain has lessened, and I'm expecting nothing but continual progress. I went and picked up some more items to try, and to find my perfect blend. The staff is so kind, and attentive. I've had to call several times to ask questions and they were always gracious. I've dealt with Crystal the most and she's definitely a jewel. She's patient, and attentive to your needs. I can't leave Royce out. He's awesome too! Needless to say, I'll definitely be a repeat customer. ❤️

5 star service all around. When I first walked in Danny did not hesitate to come and greet me. I notified her that this was my first time coming into a store like this and that I was interested in finding items to help with chronic back pain. She was very knowledgeable in every product and gave me great recommendations! I am definitely coming back to request her help again and to try out more of her product recommendations!
