With so many smoke shops in Dallas, the owners at HotBox really had to do something a little different.. and that's their customer service! Not only do you have a shop that has probably the greatest selection of Delta 8 products right now (delta 8 "cake" brand is what's pictured) but the owners are also the friendliest people around.

I was running late to HotBox because online it says they close at 11 pm on weekdays. I called them at around 10:55 and asked if they'd stay open until 11:05 according to my GPS. Eddie was so awesome and said he'd wait for me until I arrived and got what I needed. I arrived there and got the best deal in town on a premium quality Kratom.
I'm all about customer service as I work with customers all day. The simple act of staying open for an extra 5 minutes means a lot to me and I can see these guys care about their customers. I will be spending my money here instead of the other smoke shops in the area. Thanks guys🙏
