I full time travel and decided to stop in Del Rio and stay for a few weeks. Stopped by this vape shop a few times for pods for the Novo 2 vape. The lady who was there everytime I came in was very friendly and welcoming. Bought a pack of pods (3 for $21) and all 3 pods went bad one right after the other within a week. It was very poor quality. I have never experienced that with Novo 2 pods before, don't know if they get them overseas or what. Since this location was the only vape shop I could find I continued to go there.
Fast forward 2 weeks later. I stop by to purchase a new vape as I thought my Novo was getting bad. (Realized after going to another vape shop awhile later that my vape was perfectly fine, it was the pods) Settled with the Geekvape. It looked nice, had good battery power and you could change either the coils or the pods which was nice. Well, the day after I purchased it I noticed something strange. When I went to plug it in to charge, the Geekvape started going off on its own, which is a fire hazard and dangerous. So I turned it off and then plugged it in. It went off again, even with the device turned off. I knew that wasn't normal and then took the pod out of the device, which ultimately turned it off for good. $70 down the drain.
What I'm trying to say is, in my experience I would not shop here if you want good quality. Don't waste your money on this vape shop.
Also, if you want to pay with a card, they have a phone they use to put all of your information in it to complete the purchase, which is highly sketchy to me.
Also, their vape juice is overpriced. I have traveled to Florida, Texas, Arizona, Minnesota, South Dakota, and many other states and this particular location is just overpriced in general.
Bottom line. Don't shop here.

I have been to Del Rio Vapor at least 3 times now. Joe has an amazing personality, PHENOMENAL Customer service, and always takes care of me. Highly recommend ANYONE to go but their vapes, juices, or any other supplies that you need. Joe will take care of YOU no doubt. You won't regret it. You'll have an awesome experience!!!

Employee in the store is awesome this review isn't towards him but the owner of this complex is just terrible. Yes I parked sideways in the parking lot cause I was in a hurry but he comes raging out the door yelling at me to park correctly. Just disrespectful and terrible for business.

Showed up at 1230 on Father's Day, which is a Sunday and not a federal holiday, and they were closed. Despite the fact that on their door in 2" black letters, it reads that they're open on Saturday and Sunday from noon until 5:00 p.m. I've regularly been frustrated with the irregular and unreliable business hours, and as this is the only vape shop in town it's extremely frustrating to be expected to put up with this.

Love this place. The owners are always there to help out, and the manager inside knows his stuff. At DRV, they are always doing giveaways and things like that. Plus I always say shop local where you can. I've been coming here for years and here's to hoping I can keep coming back for years to come.

Very knowledgeable staff. Set me up with my first smok that was within my price range and the nic level I needed to quit smoking. Took the time to ask me about my smoking habits, show me how it worked and how to refill the pod before I left.
