Asked for help to pick a cartridge for a e cigarette I have never used the lady pick one out I paid $27 for it and it didn't fit they would not trade or refund. Come to find out all the other store sell the same product for $9.99. the women behind the counter was sweet but as soon as things got complicated she called her boss and made it seem like I picked it and now I wanted a refund I JUST WANT THE RIGHT CARTRIDGE SO $27 DOWN THE DRAIN the owner said you need to know what you want to buy before you come in I can't help you.. DONT SHOP HERE WAY OVER PRICED if things get complicated they will get rude and aggressive. BAD BUSINESS!!
You can tell you are not a great business by the way you replied... You say I'm the first complaint but you have multiple bad reviews on Google and Facebook. I stopped at your store first after I had a bad experience at your store I went to another shop and found the exact same product for $9.99. I stated I have never used this device and didn't know which cartridge and your employee PICKED OUT THE ONE I bought and didn't fit then would not refund or trade for the correct product. Your reply shows your not very intelligent and you run a bad business. I did not make a scene in your store I quietly left and made this review to warn others.

PRODUCTS ARE OVER PRICED, AND AFTER JUST TRYING TO BUY AN ECIG BECAUSE IT WAS LATE THEY SAID MY CARD HAD NO MONEY ON IT. THEN GOT RUDE AND SAID I DIDNT HAVE MONEY AFTER WALKING TO THE ATM NEXT DOOR WENT BACK WITH CASH. WILL NEVER GO TO AGAIN AND DONT RECOMMEND !!!!!

As someone that has visited this store many times and tried many different products, I can with out a doubt say that this is the store you should go to. Whether you need vape stuff, delta 8, delta 10, hookah products, they have it all. The owner and his staff are brilliant in their knowledge of their products and will find out what’s best for what your needs are. They’re friendly and inviting and always share a smile with you. If I could give this higher than a 5 star review, I would!
