This place is awesome! Wide variety of hobbyist options, reasonable prices and just a good overall vibe. I'll be going back. The music was coming from a boombox radio, which was a bit surprising. The one guy working there asked why I was taking pictures, and I told him it was for Google Maps. He pointed out it would have been pillow to ask before taking pictures in the shop, and he was correct.

Very creepy employee and vibe. I was not uncomfortable as a young woman at night. I was trying to speed up the check out and the employee wouldn’t let me purchase my order and tried to pay for me. Another guy walked in and was extremely weird in the corner just waiting, I was the only other person in the store. Do not recommend and will be reporting this

Sold me fake esco bars and a broken ooz pen and refused to refund or exchange due to faulty and fraudulent merchandise. Don’t shop here!!

First of all there is only a very small sign by register stating that they have no CC machine and to go to another location if you have an issue with this. HOWEVER, the attendant is not very vocal regarding this and it should have been stated immediately after welcome to the store but she didn't even welcome me in. She also promised a discount for having to go get cash and come back but never did give me one and couldn't produce a receipt!!!! I need a receipt how am I to know what I paid for the Items when only one was clearly marked. I will not be a return shopper😟😤😠

Generally pretty great service most of the time unless you try to return something. I was sold a defective Airistech Diamond Vaporizer that wouldn't charge, and when I tried to return it about an hour after purchasing the guy at the counter just told me to look up youtube videos on how to fix it. Not only could I really not find anything, but that really left a sour taste in my mouth. I understand taking a loss on defective items is frustrating for a store owner, but I can't say I'll be returning after this experience. Just switch the thing out, man. Other than this last experience though, every other purchase and visit has been fine. I'm not even mad, just a little disappointed.

got sold a dud, kindly tried to reason with them for a refund or exchange and was immediately turned down. so much money down the drain, made me cry…don’t go here

Staff is wildly unhelpful and never knows their stock. I once came in asking for hempwick. They ask me what that is and then I describe it to them as a rope that you light your material with they then ask me if it's a liquid. I just walked in and asked for a cartridge that would melt concentrate and the man behind the counter tried to sell me a battery. The vape I just showed him and said "I need a cartridge that goes in here." And he tries to sell me the battery. I then repeat myself and he tells me they just dont have cartridges that they only sell batteries. I dont believe that with the selection they have but I'm done repeating myself so I walk out. Train your staff good lord.
