It is a NO REFUND store. I bought a pen and it never turned on he tried saying it was my fault, but after bickering for like 5 min he offered to give me a cheaper version. He was somewhat nice. He said he had to talk to the “owner”

Make sure you know exactly what is needed before purchasing products, as there is no refund or return system. There is a small sign in front of a computer, but if you buy something, they don’t mention it. Another star for the selection of products. It seems like they’re nice in person but the way they reply to customers online is hilariously offensive. Read the review replies. It’s hysterical.

Horrible quality glass. $120 piece broke in first week from USE!! I kid you not I never dropped or bumped it and it's shattered. It broke while I pulled the bowl out. They're rude and they're liars! The man who sold it to me gaurenteed it was platinum glass. Horrible customer service don't waste your money. They also own the wild side on the square.

I never said the guy said it wouldn't break. I said he gaurenteed me it was "platinum glass" which it's not. It's from china. I know glass breaks. I'm not an idiot and I don't appreciate you insinuating that I am. I treat my glass with care and have had several water pipes in the past which did not break. Don't you get tired of defending yourself on these reviews?

Sells faulty vapes with an upcharge. Bought a variable voltage battery and didn't last even a day. Tried to exchange it for a new one , but the guy denied me saying I should have inspected it before buying. Waste of $30!!!!! Will probably sell it again and do the same thing to the next person. WATCH OUT FOR THIS PLACE. What a scam !!!

Bought a battery here . Lets just say there's a reason for the no returns or refund policy ... They sell broken stuff for 50 percent up charge. Go online for the batteries if you need them .Old Employee is just rude. Avoid this place.

Went in what looks like a very nice store. Man working there stated he was new and didn't know anything about anything in the store and I should go somewhere else. He then gave me directions to another shop a few blocks away. He was nice but I will NEVER go back.

I was not expecting the gentleman to be so kind and helpful. Kareem(like cream) Unsure of spelling forgive me for that. Went in with the idea of just spending a hundred or so, ended spending about 300. He was very patient with us on our shopping. I will definitely be coming back here in the future. Thanks Nirvana!!!

For some reason I trusted this ladies opinion & got a s****y "vape" pen that combusts and can't evenly distribute the heat enough to not waste half of the herb. for $55..... I looked online and the distributor sells an improved version for $24. when you sell people things that they can't return at least have the respect to lead them in the right direction.
