Got a pen that didn't work. They won't refund it. They will Only give you $5 off the next purchase. Welp, you lost a loyal customer. I hate it because the employees are awesome but customer service is first. Do better!!

Quality high and low end products. Wide range of Vegan organic wraps that provide smooth flavor and relaxing CBD qualities. Very informative representative names Mr. Nasser who is also a local UNT Alumni. I would be remiss to not mention that this shop is providing an essential service during a pandemic within the guidelines of the local health ordinance. Very clean and sanitizer is provided upon entry. This shop provides ashtrays with graphics and incenses with unique holders. One product that I look forward to trying is the Hi T product that I’ve only had in Georgia. Very sweet find so conveniently near my grocery store.

I thoroughly enjoyed coming here it’s a beautiful store and they have everything I need . I come weekly for the disposable vapes, The kid who helped me was so helpful , his name was Saif or Sail , we shared a chuckle because we have the same last name . It’s honestly hard to find great customer service nowadays, but the employee went above and beyond to help me find the right vape .
