Went here once a while back and my refill would not work at all, so continued to go to my old normal place after that. Stopped back by today hoping it was just that one bad experience.. but clearly this one is old but nothing they would do since I literally stepped outside into the parking lot and outside their door (parked literally in front of the door). I wouldn’t recommend this place.

I didn't care for this store. I was looking for a lighter as a gift. The girl working had her family with her which is fine in most cases but it was a distraction for the clerk having to deal with a child before and during the time she was assisting me. She showed me a couple lighters and said it was all she had but I found more. I did buy a couple but now wish I had just left the store. The lighter that was used stopped working the first week. The second one sits in a drawer. So to sum it all up, bad service, no quality items and I have no reason to ever go here again. 1 star too many.
