Showing my appreciation again to this amazing store. I am out of town and had to go to another shop and it just showed me how much more these employees do than others. Skylar , Hayden , Ashton I believe her name is Isabella working on 2-10-23 are the sweetest people and always ask how I’m doing before asking what they can help me with. 11/10 costumer service especially to those who have hard times talking to people in public

I’ve been in there a few times, every time they’ve been super friendly very helpful and I have been very happy with the recommendations.
Went in there today and made a somewhat larger purchase. I got home and found out what I bought I had a small defect in it that nobody could’ve really noticed unless they did it I really really really really really really thorough inspection and then they still may have missed it unless they would’ve used it.
Alex made the exchange process so easy I ended up getting some thing that was almost twice the price because I was so pleased with the way they did business.
I know this is a long review and I hope that from this you take away a few things: I have been to a lot of places similar to this one in a lot of different states all over the country. This is one of my favorite that I have ever been to. They are knowledgeable, friendly, very very helpful, understanding, and overall I would say super service oriented and I’ve never felt more taken care of in a place of business period.

I’ve been coming to the shop for almost 4 years now. They have good glass, and cool gadgets like their cleaning plugs and the “Mouth Peace”. Better service then any other head shop I go to. They have even called me back months after I called and asked for a product, just to let me know they had it in stock again. Defiantly recommend. Side note: As of the time of this post, the workers can only get cash tips. Get these guys a card reader that takes tips!

Had a great experience at this store. I went in looking for a particular brand of product that they usually sell. The manager let me know that that brand was unfortunately out of stock and offered an alternative. When I declined the alternative, she began asking me for feedback about why that particular brand was so important to me. Once she understood my issue, she offered to reach out to that specific vendor to see what she could do to stock my favorite brand for me. Meanwhile another staff member had apparently been checking stock at nearby locations, and let me know that my preferred brand was in stock at a store just 15 minutes away. Outstanding. As a retail manager myself, I can only dream of having a team as engaged, customer focused, and solution oriented as the staff at Smokin Glassworks Frisco.

Best smoke shop in frisco, best selection, best vibes, best staff. The rewards program is awesome, I get around $5 off every time and the workers are beyond welcoming, have great convos every time and they rly listens to customer input.

Much better selection of Delta 8 carts stock than what is around in this area.
Prices are reasonable and the customer service I received here was really great. Was explained the different effects of the terps and strains.
Product knowledge is important especially when people are unsure on what certain types of products may happen to them. Overall a great experience!

The DOPEST smoke/glass shop in Dallas!! Mickey was super helpful and friendly! Every thing here is quality!! Some of the glass is even handcrafted!! I even love how teens under 18 can look around the non smoking/candle section! So yourself a favor, and visit this DOPE smokeporium!!
