This store used to feel estranged from the rest of Karma's locations (employees not opening on time, uneducated employees, bad smell, disorganized and messy store, inconsistent prices) but I can safely say they have fixed all those problems! The adjustment to business hours seems to have solved all issues with employees not showing up, there is always a candle or incense burning in the store, all prices match the other locations, they have rearranged and added new products it looks so much better. They have also hired new, highly educated and chill employees. Lance has been extremely helpful anytime I've come in and has always been super kind and has always had an answer to any of my questions.

This is one of my favorite places to go! Bri was extremely helpful when I came in looking for some gummies to replace the disposable cart I had. She was very knowledgeable on what would be best based on my needs... and she helped me find a new Escobar flavor that I'm now OBSESSED with! Highly recommend!
