Spent almost $200 on product. All of which are defective. Store & company did nothing to assist me. Don’t buy product from here. All three of mine were defective.
-they replied to my review saying they “tried to help me” they did nothing of the sort. Instead they tried calling me a Karen. Don’t buy from this company. Bad practices, poor policies, & horrible customer relations. For the record, their policy states they will return something with 7 days of purchase. That’s great when you can discover the item is defective in that time frame. Took a week to need charging & once I realize all my products were defective. They hard stop with assisting. Even after less than 24 hours after the 7 days.
Then tried thinking leaving a reply to my review as calling me a Karen. Don’t buy from these goons. Nothing but a scam.
