My MIL swears by the power of CBD and now I absolutely believe her! The coconut CBD cream the employees at this shop suggested is AMAZING; my hands swell a lot when I work but now I have no pain and no swelling at all! Thank you! Love this place!

1. Was sold a counterfeit ooze pen
2. Called the store and was told that they didn't sell any fakes and that they couldn't do anything about it
3. Filed a claim with my bank and got my money back 👍👍👍

They sell counterfeit products. I bought an e-cig and before I even opened the box or left the store I checked the verification on manufacture website and it was flagged as counterfeit. I asked the sales associate about an even exchange or refund and even after getting their manager they wouldn’t. Even after showing them the proof that the product was counterfeit. I used to shop here regularly and I will no longer be shopping here at all!

Terrible customer service. Bought a vape, wasn’t told to try it out first not 5 min later I notice it doesn’t work. Called the place and they tell me oh well they can’t do anything about it. Last time I go here. Beware counterfeit products

Gotta love my head shop. They have everything I need and are all over San Antonio. The customer service is really nice. I wish they had a larger variety of posters or some tapestries, maybe after this review they will :).
