Manager refused to give her name for a for.al complaint as well as the other two subordinates. I was refused the proper way to make a complaint and had to call another store for information on how to make a formal complaint.

We walked in with barely any knowledge and Daniel (red bearded guy mentioned in another hard to believe review) was patient, knowledgeable, and friendly. He answered all of our 100 questions and did so while laughing and joking with us. With the help of the other amazing staff, we all got totally new vape setups that were reasonably priced, and he took the time to find ones to fit our needs. He knew about all the types of products they sell. He also spent time trying to find us the best deal or most useful product for what we actually needed.
I'm only returning here! Bonus- they have a points system with little perks that always is cool because you're spending money anywat, might as well get some bonus for it.

Very organized and easy to find what you need. I've been going here for a while now and the staff is extremely helpful as well as knowledgeable. This store also tries their best to keep everything restocked from wraps to cleaners. I'd definitely recommend this place over others
