I am changing my review to 1 star (it was 4 before) because the device that I bought there broke with less than a week of use and their response to the problem was so disappointing. I felt disrespected as a consumer. I bought my vape on March 16th it stopped working on Sunday 22nd. On Monday 23rd, when I first contacted them informing that the device was not working anymore, they totally denied any responsibility as a seller, saying that I had to wait until Wednesday. I called Wednesday and the following until today and no answers, the other option they gave me is to pay extra 30$ to buy another vape. I am feeling deeply disrespected as a consumer. If you are looking for good costumer service do not go to this place.

I learned about Artisan Vapor front friends. I finally made it to the store yesterday to buy some nicotine liquid for my vaping devigiven to me by a friend. Once in the store, the attendants were so friendly and patient in helping me with all questions I had about vaping devices and liquids, I left a happy customer.
