CBD American Shaman of Houston Heights

Great products! Rude sales lady. We regularly purchased a number of products for over a year, but our regular store shut down. Waited in line for 10+ min watching her chat up everybody else in store, give shots to the people at the counter, chat with the customers on the couch (I asked if they’re next in line they said no), offer them lotion, tell them about their third 3rd eye. I was there to exchange a product, already called in ahead of time and let her know what I’m bringing, what ill exchange for, and that our regular store shut down. Would have taken her 30 seconds to do my transaction and get back to the other people there without being rude to them, who are just hanging out, looking around and discussing products clearly undecided. She didn’t even bother to ask what I’m waiting for. I totally understand giving attention to people who got there first but shouldn’t be at the expense of completely ignoring someone standing in middle of room for 10 min with 1 “sorry”. Will be taking my money to another location.

The American Shaman is a place where I can get the best and most trustworthy service. I have never had a bad experience and I can trust in all their products as safe and very effective. Carla & Cindy are very customer orientated and very professional about their job. When it comes to serving their customers. They have such a wide variety of CBD products which have proved to be very effective. The American Shaman is the only CBD vendor I feel comfortable doing business with and I have been to a couple of other places but I had no trust in their products like I do with AMerican Shaman.

I went to American shaman having never tried CBD and I had a great experience! Jenny was very helpful and knowledgeable of all the products. We were able to find the right product to fit my needs. I will definitely be back!

Alot of products available and the guy I talked to today was really helpful and knowledgeable. I called about stuff for my dog and he said bring her by and we'll hook her up with some samples. After expensive vet bills I'm thankful for the samples so I can try it out before spending even more. I love this store!

We walked in knowing very little about what exactly what we were looking for. We knew we wanted to manage our pain & anxiety better; on a daily basis, without taking the traditional pill. Jennifer saves the day! Asked us ALL the right questions & made several suggestions of where to start & offered us a sample just to top off our visit! Went to the Houston location in the heights and Jenny helped us. She was extremely knowledgeable. CBD had changed my life from my mood swings, to anxiety and sleep. I recommend to everyone who’s curious about it. I’ve been micro dosing my relatives and each time they enjoy the best sleep they’ve had in a longggg time. I love that I found something natural that works for me. I use berry blast (which is VERY strong in flavor) and the watermelon cbd oils.

I have had great experiences at American Shaman, they’re always so knowledgeable in the different types of CBD products sold and spend the time to explain to you the various components they have. I’m a huge fan of the CBD gummies and the tincture. They’re pricey but a little goes a long way and they’re a great help w anxiety and sleeplessness. Happy customer here!
