Was checking out the store on the way to eat and was about to make a purchase until a green haired person in a neckdeep hoodie decided to snap at a buddy over talking on the phone. The gentleman behind the register was awesome. But can’t condone the unnecessary disrespect from the other.

I’ve bought from here before and either it’s good or it’s complete trash. One time dropped 90 for a battery pack that ended up not working three days later but was highly recommend. Prices went up when use to be more reasonable especially with the clover deal has now only gone to ten percent... and you don’t open at the time you say... I’m here ten am in a empty parking lot... I also have bought glass products told keep it cold it’s what it’s meant for and it break the next day to even buying scales that don’t work right... LOL HELP I’ve been waiting 20 minutes and NO ONE... I’ve watched three customers pull in just to leave...

The gentleman who helped was so friendly and knowledgeable about the products available. He asked us to test the products before we left to ensure quality and that we liked them. One of the vapes was auto firing and he replaced it immediately for us. Will definitely be going back.

I've been a customer for a long time and there's one ahole that just pushed the issue of a vape they carry no coils or cartridges for and looking for another suggestion or option the idiot denied me the sale of the other products I had at the register already. Looks to be the low end quality service of certain arrogant people that should not be the manager. I have never had issues with the older man tho. So if there's a higher position or owner honestly that kid is worthless in customer products. To be shown that they knew that vape has no coils or pods.... fremax vape pod
.. thrash honestly because I would have bought the pen and ooze battery he showed me but I didn't think he couldn't resolve accordingly back to it. Bad business for real.

I went to this location a few days ago and purchased two Escobars. The next day one went out. I am not a heavy vapor, one usually last me about a week. I then proceeded to contact the business and tell them and I was told there’s nothing we can do about it because it’s final sale. And of course the second goes out as well.Mind you I had a discussion with one of the workers there about the importance of me receiving authentic products due to so many fakes on the market. This was my second trip there after I first discovered the location. Now here I am not even a full 3 days later with not only one but two non working vapes and out of $29. I do not recommend this business unless you’re okay with wasting money and receiving janky products. I’m not even sure if the vapes were real or just a bad batch at this point but the blatant disregard and not even attempting to test them as I have experienced at other shops is beyond me.

This place is the best smoke shop in the clear lake area ken provides the up most best customer service I have received in all of the smoke shops I have been too thank you high life smoke shop! Much love! 🥰

If I could give no stars I would, amazing staff and the store is awesome, but there’s a girl there whose boyfriend drives a red mini Cooper, and she’s just the worst. She accused me of looking in her car and then continued to insult me while still in the store, when I get an official apology from her I’ll take down this review

Went in just to look at some glass pieces and was happy to see that they had a nice variety. The salesguy Leo, was super awesome and helpful! I told him all the features I was looking for and my price range and he helped me find the perfect piece! He left me super happy and confident in my purchase! Will definitely be going back for more

Went in about 3 weeks ago...I don't smoke but needed some things for a friend. The sales guy was SO super helpful! He even helped me with my purchase and was patient with me and all of my questions. He was very knowledgeable and even helped me find another store that would have another item I wanted (they don't carry). I was kind of nervous and intimidated but left feeling confident in my purchases. If you're a smoker, go here!
