I purchased a vape pen and used it for less than a day. Generally vape pens don’t have much charge and require charging after about the second time using it. While charging the vape, the pen blew up. Upon returning to the store the next day and asking if there is anything they can do about it. I was told that I may have mishandled it or left It in a car and I was told to purchase another one. Don’t be fooled this is why the gentleman asks’ of you to test it before leaving the store as this seems to be a recurring issue. Disappointed in their customer service especially being a regular to this store.

I went today to pick up a vape pen and I had a great experience. Coming from the PNW where there are many legal dispensaries and ultra knowledgble bud tenders I've been spoiled lol but I'm really happy to say that this shop matches that top quality. Great customer experience, friendly welcoming environment and fairly priced products. Definitely recommend this shop 😊
